Pre-Handover Inspection FAQ

Book as soon as you receive your completion notice from the developer. Ideally, the inspection should happen before you sign any handover documents or acceptance forms. This gives you maximum leverage to get defects fixed at the developer's expense.

No, you don't need to attend. Many of our clients are international investors who can't be present. We handle everything on your behalf and send you a complete report with photos and video within 24 hours.
